Our project, co-funded by Erasmus+, focuses on addressing the shortage of STEM teachers and specialists. We aim to attract new talents and highlight the appeal of STEM careers by improving perceptions, reducing access barriers, easing transitions to higher education, and fostering collaboration between educational institutions.
